The app only had 1 million users in 2015, and after the release of its free extension, the user base increased to almost 6 million in 2016 and 7 million in 2017.

The company had 15 million users in 2018 and around 20 million in 2019. It grew by a whopping 10 million the following year, crossing the 30 million number for the first time.
