$29 billion valuation
ChatGPT is in talks to sell shares that will jump its total value to $29 billion, making it one of the most valuable US companies making small revenue. Wall Street Journal reported on the 5th of January, 2023.
OpenAI’s valuation in 2021 was around $14, which is expected to double within two years. The company was valued at around $20 billion in 2022.
Over 100 million users
Reuters reported that ChatGPT crossed the 100 million mark in January 2023. The tool was released on the 30th of November 2022, and in five days, it crossed 1 million users. Millions of users use ChatGPT daily.

Microsoft Bing and ChatGPT
Microsoft has invested $1 billion in ChatGPT, and according to recent news, Microsoft Bing will soon integrate ChatGPT to provide better results to users.
Glenn Gabe on Twitter showed what the ChatGPT on Bing might look like, but there is no official announcement from Microsoft yet.

Chat GPT Costs millions
If a million users run 10 ChatGPT commands daily, it will cost the company around $100K daily, around $3 million monthly.
However, we have established that it crossed 1 million users in just five days. On that number, the cost of using the tool is over $100K per day.
If 10 million users run ten commands daily, it would cost OpenAI around $1 million daily.
$1 billion revenue expected
The company’s expected revenue in 2023 is around $200 million. Also, the estimated revenue by the end of 2024 is $1 billion, five times higher than this year’s expectations.
ChatGPT announced the ChatGPT Plus costing $20 per month on February 1st. The Plus version is available in multiple regions, including:

Elon Musk and ChatGPT
Elon Musk is the co-founder of OpenAI, the ChatGPT company. He, Sam Altman, and others co-founded the company, but he left the company in 2018 after conflicts between the board of directors.
Elon Musk, however, still believes in the technology and donates it to the company. He has personally used ChatGPT and mentioned it on multiple occasions.
